十七歲的時候，阿良 (張孝全 飾) 與美寶 (桂綸鎂 飾) 已經密不可分，在同學眼中他們青梅竹馬，可是阿仁 (鳳小岳 飾) 經常出現在二人之間，更藉著阿良來接近美寶。阿良對此不但沒有反感，兩人竟然繼續稱兄道弟，失望的美寶在猶豫不決之下，終於轉而接受阿仁追求。及後阿良並未抽身，反而在大學時代成為阿仁的親密戰友，令三角關係更為糾結，兩男一女即使經過漫長歲月的洗禮，卻依然身陷友、愛難分的感情泥沼之中……
