單親爸爸In Ho (孔侑飾)在光州一所聾啞學校找到一份教職，工作對債務纏身的他已不容易，還要為校內付出的捐獻。不久後他發現校內一些嚇人的事件，學生對老師十分懼怕，對校內的員工絕不信任，晚上更傳來令人不安的叫聲。一晚他發現為人帥表的成人對弱小的學生殘酷不仁的行為，於是聯同社工Yoo Jin (鄭柔美飾)，合力揭發校內對學生施予性和各種暴力的黑幕。但當他們把人面獸心的師長繩之以法時，發現這些黑幕的背後卻隱藏著貪污腐敗的韓國教育體制之下……
